Sprinkle powder over the inside of the leather parts. Usually, the insides are not coated and the powder will absorb all the moisture, preventing it from stinking.

After wear, put them out in the sun to air and dry it. Make sure it's immediate. If it's night time, put out to air it. Alternatively you can buy those thirsty hippos which claimed to absorb the moisture in the air. It stinks cause it's wet so make sure it is dry.

Wear clear gel anti perspirant on your feet when wearing sandals. Apply and let dry, then put on sandals. It won't hurt your feet and your feet won't stink...

Before you wear them treat them with a leather conditioner. If they are already used, wet etc., you can still treat them. The odor is from moisture. Make sure they are completely dry before treating before wearing.

If your sandles are not those expensive ones, just use light soap and scrub with a brush, rinse off and dry under shade. You can even just use tap water, I wash my with just tap water.

try using bakin soda, when you are not using them sprinkle them with the baken soda and let it set over night, when you wear them try spraying them with a foot spray.
