TRUST!

2006-08-22 15:55:06 · answer #1 · answered by Ashish 2 · 0 0

Honest communication.

Nobody is a mind reader - you can't tell exactly what the other person wants, needs, or is thinking unless a) you ask them; and b) they feel like they can tell you.

When you can talk about *anything* that's bothering you and are confident that you're getting honest communication back, it goes a long way in reinforcing trust, etc.
