I'v seen people in NYC do this. I think its because they are emotionally crushed by getting the ticket and in denial.

I never drove around with one on my window, but in college...the parking meters lasted an hour, and class was an hour and 15 minutes. I would get one parking ticket and save it. The next day I'd put it back on my windshield so the campus police would think I just got it. Eventually it would fade and they'd figure it out, but I'd just get a new one and do it all again. The parking tickets were $10 and I could get three weeks worth of parking for that $10, rather than paying a dollar an hour! LOL!

in case you want to save parking in that section, I advise you eventually end up a felony parking enable to finish that, and save papers testifying to the very actuality you've a enable on your glove field in any respect situations along with your college parking enable. yet for parking through the line which isn't college resources? you ought to pay the fee ticket/effective or regardless of. do not bypass your courtroom date both; be there instantly or you'll finally end up being arrested. in the journey that they call your call and also you're literally not there then the choose tells them to seek you down and arrest you. which will seem undesirable on your record and would reason you grief down the line. i comprehend quite a few Sheriffs, Police and State infantrymen and right here an excellent form of universal "save talk" no names of culprits said, and if there have been i'd not tell besides. to date i have not had any tickets and do not want any both.

They are waiting for it to blow away, so they can say they never received any ticket (When the Judge asks them why they didn't pay it) they feel that the judge will think they are not lying, if they do it that way! NOTE: If you get a speeding ticket,Via Photo Radar, in the mail and don't acknowledge it, throw it away, that's the last you'll hear of it! Guaranteed!

I think denial is right on ! Some people seem to think that if they don't acknowledge that the ticket is there, it isn't there. As soon as they pick it up and look at it, they've acknowledged that it exists and THEY'RE BUSTED !
Human Nature , eh whot ? Right some Barmey !!

I have gotten parking tickets and not noticed them until I got home.
What's the big deal, anyway?

So they blow away and they can say that they never got one! Some people are also really lazy.

I guess they think if it blows off, they won't have to pay it! Doesn't work that way, though!
