Aside from removing the liner and wearing a c*** ring? I really like how it looks when thing stand out and are well defined. Any suggestions?

First off, pull the "b*llsac" UP towards the stomach and lay the c*ck "over it." This will give you a more pronounced package, you may need to correct it every 30 minutes or so, but when you lie down, you are set!

If you do not have a big one, then don't try to show it off...a nub sticking out in a speedo is the quickest way to spot a very small dick. Surely there is more to you than that head...I certainly hope so. Good luck

You could use a sock, but you probably shouldn't go in the water with it. Truthfully any women who's good at sex knows its not the size of the package but the lover behind it.
