Age is a number, not a state of mind. Do what you enjoy [as long as you're not harming anyone else] and live life to the fullest. It really does not matter how old you get, you will always be young at heart. And when you're really old, you'll still want to do lots of the same things but won't for fear of breaking a hip!

I'm 45 myself, and I still like to have fun. I don't feel my age either. Most people do not believe that I am 45. Actually, many people think my daughters and I are sisters. It must be hereditary, I hope. My father died at 72, doctors said he had the heart of a 40 year old. My mom is 80 and gets around better than most people half her age.
16, 28, or 42, it's only a number. I suppose there are a lot of people who envy you. There is nothing wrong with enjoying the things you do, no matter how old you are. Thanks for posting this question, now I know there are others like me out there. Always enjoy life!

You're only as old as you think you are. More power to ya! I'm 42 as well and most of the time I feel like I'm 12. On, no, hang on, it's my ex-wife that says I act like I'm 12. LOL

Don't change! I am 46 and I play hopscotch with with my grandson, we ride scooters in the yard, I am a great grasshopper catcher,(in his mind), and my best friend and I have waterballoon fights. Is it normal? I have no idea if it is, but I am enjoying it. Have fun & go play. There is not enough of that in this world.

I think it is a good thing to stay young at heart.
I think the "adult" thing is to be able to do that and still be responsible for ourselves.
I hope, when I'm in my 80's, that I will still be up for a good water fight!

that's not bad at all, at least at your age you don't feel old unlike other people who don't want to reveal their ages. i have friends who are about ten years older than i am but they enjoy being like a kid sometimes. i think when i get older i would still like teasing my younger brother hehe.
