As a buyer and seller on eBay please do be very careful as there are some sellers that are ripping people off left and right with hidden postage charges. Read the sellers Feedbacks carefully and be very cautious if they have had any bad feedbacks on their record. eBay does have some features to protect you and your purchases to a certain point so be very careful there too. I personally try to give the best service I can to my buyers but there are others who are only out there selling items for the purpose of making sure they get more money for their items then what the item is worth. So please be bery careful.

I bought things on ebay while I was in Bangladesh with very few problems. The main thing to look at is the seller's rating, if they have a high rating and have shipped to an international location before than you are probably fine. Also, always pay with a credit card, that way in case anything does arise you can dispute the charges. You can get similar protection with paypal, but they are notoriously hard to use overseas and only protect up to $500 US.

eBay is the largest online marketplace and one of the most popular ways to earn an income from home with a PC and internet connection. Selling on eBay is inexpensive and easy to start. Ebay has a number of tools for sellers to maximise sales. These are eBay Pulse, Hot items report, merchandising calendar. By sourcing products at a low price, you can increase your profit. I deal with Ebay all the time. Check their feedback score. If 100% I wouldnt worry about them. If they have multiple negative feedbacks then you should not deal with them. If you are to buy something All shippers offer insurance to get on the package. This will cover you if anything happens during shipping. If there is anything in bad condition you can always report them or you can see what their return policy is if they have one. It should be in the description section or below it. Hope this helps

It's all usually a gamble. I have bought from eBay and 99% of the time I got exactly what I wanted and expected, but one time I didn't. Actually I got exactly what was expected but i had other complications. I bought a DVR and it worked fine, but then DirectTV (our cable company) contacted us and said that we would have to disconnect it because the last person owed a lot of money on it. Yes, they did own it, but they had not paid on their account and therefore they would not allow us to use that box. The person I bought it from did give me a full refund though once I contacted her.

The best thing to do is ask the buyer...if they say its fine and it comes to you used and not safe or whatever just report it to ebay and go from there.
