Unfortunately, this was our first time. He went to the doctor and was tested for Aids and Venerial diseases. He thinks that I'm sick and didn't tell him anything. I always take care of myself and go to my doctor for all necessary tests. He didn't want to talk to me so he emailed me and explained what had happened to him. It's so embarrassing. I think this will be the end of it

Yes it can cause a rash. Urine is very acidic and combined with the friction and heat your partner may get a form of diaper rash. Try to empty your bladder completely before having intercourse. You are supposed to actually do this before and after intercourse. The reason for after is to flush out any bacteria that has been pushed up into the urethra during the pushing.

Urine in a healthy individual is sterile, however, anything can cause an allergic reaction. The rash may be caused by nothing more than moisture combined with friction. Might want to use the restroom just prior to intercourse

Urine if left on the skin too long can cause what's called a "urine burn" It can look a bit like a rash.

When I was working with bedridden patients we had to be very careful to make sure urine was cleaned up immediately due to this. Just take a good ole shower afterwards.

Also, talk to your dr about this. There are other things that can help.

Not likely. Urine is quite sterile when it is passed out the bladder and assuming he cleaned up after intercourse and didn't let it dry on him it shouldn't cause a rash.
