what is a fair price in CA. to(round up) remove old lawn,till soil, seed lawn /sprinklers in a 20' x 50' area?

kill all weeds with roundup, remove all vegetation, til soil and level soil. Install 2-3 valves / 14-18 sprinklers and seed new lawn

Call 3-4 landscapers and get quotes. Even if you are looking to do work for someone else you can still ask others for how much they will charge, just don't tell them why you are asking!
