I was working at a building and saw this girl that I always really liked.I was transferred to another building and never got the chance to give her my number personally.. I gave it to a friend to pass it to her...She has not called...I feel like I should send her some flower's with a note explaining why I did not give her the number myself is this the right thing to do I feel like a total idiot.

I think that would seem a little over the top and might scare her. Maybe you could find out where she spends time and just happen to be there. Also, she could be with someone and is not interested. Not enough info to get too into an answer. This friend can't talk to her? good luck.

If you know how to get the flowers to her that is a good idea, but delivering them in person I think would be flattering. You obviously know her well enough if you were in the process of giving her your # and than became involved in your work and didnt get the chance. So if you care enough, make the effort and deliver the flowers and the appology yourself.

Most women are not going to call someone if their number was "passed" on.
Sending flowers with a compliment or asking about getting to know her might be a little less "intense" or "dramatic"
