I am amazed that people who gain weight want to lose weight and those lucky people that can not gain weight want to gain weight.
Well if you look at your lifestyle, what foods you eat now. Analyze the carbs factor, and maybe slow your life down it could help.
I would say your system is very highly functional, So if you eat more carbs and meats, your will start to gain weight. cut down on your exercising if you feel you can. Lift weights and put on muscles as this will also help gain good weight.
You didn't tell us how old you are as, weight gain can be a problem for those under 35 but after that... Look out.

You probably have a fast metabolism where you burn energy really fast. My son is like that. Eat alot of protein and protein drinks. Work with weights. Protein + weights = muscle. That's what my son has been doing and it is really paying off for him. Even though eating late at night is not good, it is a way to gain weight, as your metabolism slows down and you don't burn as much energy. Try talking to a Naturpath or someone in a health food store. They usually have some good tips.

The obvious answer is to consume more calories than you burn. I would also include some low rep, heavy weight low set weight training to build muscle. A higher body proportion of muscle will increase your weight in a healthy manner.

Okay, here it goes...simple...sit on your a$$, grab the remote, a few beers, a box of Crispy Cremes, a sack of BigMac's, Whoppers etc....stay there....only get up to use the crapper and refesh the food supply (Better if you can get someone else to grab the food for you)....30 days max you will have gained some weight
