Yes.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scientific_method
That is what scientist use, so once something is stated as a fact, it is a fact
Also a theory does not mean "guess" It has a lot of evidence to support it, and once there is something that disproves a theory then it is changed, using the scientific method.

Depends on how you perceive reality. A schizophrenic believes the voices in his head are real. Science says they are delusion. Which is the reality of the schizophrenic -- what science says or what he experiences? Which is the reality of the scientist -- theory supported by facts that have yet to be disproven or what someone with the experience says is real?
Oh, and the scientific reality is that there are no absolute "facts." They are accepted as such because there is overwhelming support that they are correct, but the scientific process always leaves open the door that one day more info may show these "facts" to be inadequate or false assumptions.

Is God real, too? Or you have chosen to make science your new religion? Not all that happens in reality can be scientifically explained. In this case lots of phenomena would remain in the dream lands. Or we can pretend they do not exist. It's also a reality not yet explained by science.

More correctly, science is the study of our physical reality.
There is no room for relative perception in this, science can tell us if somethiing is green even if someone percieves it as yellow.
That said, science doesn't create reality, it simply explains a small piece of it through empiricism, logic, and evidence. That piece was always there, we just didn't understand it yet.

Science is a model - well, several models, actually - of reality. The better the model, the better the science - but there will always be room for improvement.

Scientific facts are as real as it gets. When it isn't, it's properly named a "theory." When it's proven, every one with the proper equipment can duplicate the results - there can be no exceptions.
