1. Lay on the floor with legs extended straight out and arms at both sides like a cross. Flex your feet (point toes upward). Make pedaling motion with your legs -- the closer to the ground the more effective. 25 times.
2. Same position. Touch your toes with your hands and then return your legs so that they almost touch the floor. 25 times.
3. Same position. Lift your legs off the ground and make scissor motions with your legs -- closer to ground the better. Switch which leg will be on top each time. 25 times.
Rest and repeat often throughout the day -- do these exercises slowly as slow is working your abs more. Also, consistency is more important than doing a ton of these at once.
Drink plenty of distilled water, eat a high fiber diet, and take vegetarian multivitamins and a probiotic (Acidophillus is good, make sure it has 5 bil. live cultures) to clear your intestinal tract which will flatten your tummy quickly, detoxify your system, and give you more energy.

I lost 70 lbs on Tae Bo...3 years ago. I also watch what I eat and make sure that I get some sort of exercise everyday.

the perfect place is www.seventeen.com... u go to the excersise section i think its called and they have these videos of fantastic excersises that are easy to do, and u feel the burn right away, so u only have to do them for like 3 minutes a day
i looove them!! and they actually work!
hard to believe.. i know :P
