Sorry for your loss!
Did you have a D&C? If you did, it might take longer to get your period.
Did you start trying again already? If so, you might be pregnant (congrats!) Take a pregnancy test. If it's positive, make sure you call the doctor to get good OB care from the very beginning. If it's negative, you might want to schedule a blood test to see if your hcg levels have dropped below 5, which is a non-pregnant state, since your miscarriage.

Well, I think it is OK. I had 5 miscarriages and I recall the start time was different with each one. It takes the HCG hormone levels at least 6 weeks or so to go back to normal, so I would expect you to have a period very soon. If it doesn't come in a week or so, I would call the OB/gyn to check-good luck and I am sorry for your loss!

Yes check with your dr. Tell the nurse what you said to us and see if they deem an apointment nessacary...also ask if it's safe to start trying again. Find out the risks involved. Even if you are trying to have a baby and not pregnant yet make sure you take your prenatal vitamins and get some excercise to make sure your baby has the best start possible. I'm sorry for your loss because it does leave a hole in you but I hope your future is bright from the little treasures you bring into this world.

Check in with your doc, but sometimes it takes the body and the hormones a while to get back on track.
After my miscarriage, I need some hormones to kick start my body back to normal.
I'm so sorry for your loss-- best of luck in the future.

regardless of an abortion indicators frequently sparkling up in approximately 4 weeks, even although they'll say longer only for good degree. If this is been that long and you're nonetheless having all those indicators, then i might advise traveling your interior of reach wellness sanatorium. they might desire to ascertain you for unfastened, and the nurse practitioner can verify your cervix whilst she sees you. you will possibly desire to have a restoration verify up besides, so it may well be a good thought.
