like darker by when you play the whole thing is in like damp dark mood and atmosphere when you play or is it me.
Vice city is more crisp and clean and fresh (LOL came out weird) clear..

I think that GTA3 is a little darker and it is much harder than vice city but vice city isn't as dark but it has good graphics! It also rains alot more in GTA3

liberty city is based on New York, whereas Vice City is based on Miami. Miami is closer to the equator so is hotter
