Australia is not a British colony. (not since 1901 anyway!)
Circumcision was quite common in Australia. Up until the late 70s, the vast majority of male babies were circumcised shortly after birth. Since then, it has gradually gone out of fashion with doctors and parents. Today the circumcision rate for boys stands at around 12%.
So in answer to your question, it all depends on when they were born. If you're talking about Australian guys 25 years or over, then they're probably circumcised. If you talking about guys under 25, then they're probably not circumcised.
Guys in their early twenties in Australia will have grown up with friends who were circumcised and many that weren't, so they will normally be well aware of the differences.
It is interesting to note however, that the circumcision rate has been increasing again since 1994. While the increase is slow, it has progressed from lows of 10% to to the 2004 figure of almost 13%.
In light of recent studies suggesting circumcision can help decrease the chance of HIV/AIDS transmission (especially from male to female), many doctors in Australia may be reconsidering their opposition to this procedure, which has a strong tradition in Australian culture.

Well, at one point most Australian men used to be, like the US. Now that rate has fallen to where the uncircumcised greatly outnumber the circumcised (rate of circumcision ~20%ish?), but it's not exactly uncommon to see someone who's circumcised there.

Well Australia is a British colony and I think that most British men are natural-that is uncut-so therefore I would guess that most Australian men are uncircumsized. Of course, there are bound to be some who are and those who aren't as well.
