Find a naturopath. Trinity College (www.trinityschool.org) has a list of graduates on their site. He/she should be able to help you get to the cause of the imbalance.

You shouldn't muck around with these symptons see your family doctor, you should never take advice from the internet regarding health issues as what happens if the advice is wrong & its more serious what then. A quick check up will ease your mind & safer.

I'd recommend some blood tests. Also, do you get colour changes in your extremities when you feel like this? You know, like a change to red, purple, white or blackish? This could mean a circulation problem such as Reynauds or chilblains.

get it checked out by a doc.

Also, have you been getting enough excersize. Try some excersize, and if it goes away, try more excersize. If it doesn't come back, you're fine. If it comes back, go see a doc.
