I go use the tanning beds. I know a lot of people object to them but it is fast and not expensive. I go to get a start on one then just sit out. then you won't lose what you have. make sure to use lotion often. Good luck hope you get the tan you want. Don't use the sunless it looks too fake. I tryed it and it turned orange. never again. I guess they are suppose to have some good ones out ther but I lost my faith in them.Again Good luck and God Bless.I would like to thank all the other answers out ther. i didn't realize that they really had a good one out there. thanks again.

I take a bath an hour before I go tanning, this moisturises and exfoliates skin, and therefore the tan sticks better and is more even. I also shave my arms to make it more even.
I tan between 9 am and 11 am and then after 4 pm, that's when the sun is not that bad.
Use a mild SPF that will prevent burning, but still let you tan

I good quality self- tanner.
I gave up sun tanning a year ago, and I'm still enjoying a nice, natural looking tan.

Use self tanner :) How about using the Jergens Natural Glow. You can build up your tan to how you like it - and moisturize your skin at the same time! (hey everyone needs to moisturize) but make sure you exfoliate your skin before you apply the lotion

properly fairly getting tanned isn't stable to your sin while u tan and get darker your dermis is attempting to guard you from the sunlight and by ability of u tanning u age quicker so if i've got been you i could end tanning or only get a sprig on tan :)
