You have left so many questions unanswered…
How long have you been married?
Do you love him?
Do you believe he loves you?
Apart from what he said, have you had any reason to suspect he may have been unfaithful to you?
Did you mean to say ‘another woman’ or ‘other women’?
When he was telling you… was he ‘sorry’ or ‘gloating’?
Was he referring to something that happened ‘recently’ or ‘some time ago’?
Were there other things in his conversation that can help you to determine the whole truth?
I’m sorry, but without knowing the answers to the above questions, I can’t really help you.
Perhaps, next time he gets drunk… Keep a tape recorder handy!!!
Good luck with sorting it out!!!

An acquiantence in New Jersey told me this: Drunk man's words, Sober man's thoughts. He's trying to backpedal to save the marriage.
Go to the doctor and get an STD check before anything else. Then you confront your husband. Watch for certain things as he talkes; constantly looking to the right, constant looking around, frequent blinking, fidgetyness or direct earnestness (looks you in the eye without looking away and is unusually still, like he is trying to cinvince you) when he talks. These are signs that he is lying.
Then kick him to the curb.

Do you know the women? Maybe you could confront her about it and she what she says. If he was drunk he may have been telling the truth, but you never know about drunks. The only thing you can do is snoop around and try to really find out what happened-does he have any friends that might know the truth? If he did it somebody he knows probably knows about it-

My sister is married to a guy and he has done the exact same thing to her. The only difference is that WE know better. She wants to believe him, because she loves him so much, but the proof has been right infront of her face before. If there are no signs that your husband has cheated on you, then GREAT. Don't stress over it. But if you have seen signs, then ya might wanna start thinking if you respect yourself enough to stop it before it gets worse.

Yes he does remember it. He bit you off a small piece of information and he is seeing what you are going to do with it.
He is playing the nut role.
Dont say anything else to him about it. He will say something else to you about it.
In the meantime, dont stress yourself about it. He is thinking about the conversation too!!!

if he was drunk, he might have been talking out of his mind. Iwould try to forget about it, and see if it ever comes up again on another drunk then record it and play it for him

Yikes - that sounds like a mess! He better stop drinking and hopefully he did not hook up with another woman. Why are you with him if he's this immature??
