Take a fine toothed comb and a pair of manicure scissors. Comb through yout eyebrow backwards, with the comb flat against your eyebrow. Cut anything that sticks through.

Put the hairspray or gel on an eyebrow brush first, then brush them into place. DON"T spray hairspray at your eyes.

One of my eyebrows does that. I usually just let it be, but sometimes I use brow shaping gel, and that works for me.

I've heard brush clear mascara on them. then they stay put.
