They have non-smoking so you don't have to put up with other people's cigarette smoke, why not have sections where you don't have to put up with other people's kids? I pay good money for my meals; I don't want my experience ruined by someone's misbehaving child....

Wow! A person after my own heart! You wouldn't believe the looks I've gotten from restaurant hostesses when I say--I don't care about the smoking, just don't put me near any children!
It's nice to know there's a kindred spirit out there!

Better question, why don't people with rude kids get up and leave? I have kids, if they misbehave, we leave and they get in trouble. Guess what? My 3-1/2 year olds behave in restaurants because they know better than to misbehave. It's jerks that don't discipline there kids you're having problems with, not the kids themselves.

As a childless adult i imagine it really is a shame to relegate mothers and fathers to newborn-pleasant sections. i love human beings-watching all sorts of persons and something cute or humorous a baby does on the subsequent table is continuously exciting! even with in the journey that they are crying i imagine human beings could manage it because households are portion of scoiety and it genuinely would not worry me.

I eat out late, and at restaurants where kids are usually not interested in or taken to.
When I'm with my little nephew I go to obviously kid-friendly places, and also make sure he doesn't scream or disturb other diners.

that is not possible just think how much bigger each place would have to be if that was made possible to accomidate kidsand there parents and family member and cusins that might come in fro out of state or so and then the other smokers fill there section and then non smokers LOL and there is your foot ball field LOL
but you get my thinking right? it is a nice idea it thought but it has a few bugs to smooth out

I understand what you are saying. I have kids and it really bothers me when people let their kids scream, argue etc. while I am trying to eat.
If we want to be away from kids, we usually sit in the bar.
