You mean to learn the hardware (physical) and the software application ? A lot of places, private or government college and universities offer the places for computer (IT programmes).

what would be your application ? i mean you wanted to learn computer to do what? study/net surfing/compile data/prepare document/presentation/design etc etc ?? be specified so that other can assist you better, if its just simple introduction, i am sure any of your friend would be more than willing to help. Since you are in this section that show you already know something about computer
