i wouldnt stay in a loveless relationshio, because i feel lie i deserve to be happy, even if i do have a child that is the product of the relationshio, it would be best for both of the adults and the baby, if everyone were seperate, and happy, not together and miserable.
i couldnt imagine myself being in a relationship where it was just like i was alone, which is bascially how you described your situation, i dont know you but i know that you as a woman deserve to be happy, and to be in a relationhip where you feel loved, i think its best if you got out your current one.

i think one of the biggest challangers that come with becoming a parent is that your children observe you every emotion, reactions, manerismsand your coping mechanism, the list is endless.
children look to you to figure out how they act and how they should expect to be treated.
so my point is you need to think about how you want your childs future to be and then live your life in a manner that will teach your child self respect and self worth.
i know how hard that is because i have {in the past} lived my life in a way that i thought was good for ME and my 7 year old daughter reminds me of that everyday, i wish i had thought about her future instead of just my own.
good luck. you have got the most challenging job as a parent but also the most rewarding.
