it depends on the guy. if you feel that youre too old for the earring maybe you should take it out. and if some days you feel like wearing it just put it back in. the hole wont close too fast so you can wear it some days and not wear it others..

wear the earring as long as you enjoy wearing it my neighbour a retired nycfd employee is 79 years and he has the most beautiful emerald cut diamon earring in his rt lobe his wife of course has a pair of the same cut only 3x the size how gorgeous!!!
