How to compare prices of electronics for my church, using internet?

I am responsible for procuring a Dell Axim X51 and Socket CF Scan Card for inventory of my books in my church. I am trying to get the best deal on NEW equipment because it is non-profit orgaization.

How can I use the internet to find the best deals on these items?

Go to different websites like bestbuy.com , circuitcity.com, compusa.com and compare prices and promotions at those sites.
