He was drunk. There's no need to cut and run although it sounds like there are some issues in his past about his ex. If you want him to share this issue with you, talk to each other while you're both sober.

Any time you are with someone who has been divorced there will be issues, every time. A person can't be married to someone, split, and come out with no issues, and most of the time the men don't talk about them much unless an insecurity comes up. I'd say if you care about him talk it out and help him to know you aren't her, and that he can trust you. If you don't care alot for him, then you're better off to run. He'll need someone understanding.

Well if he is worried about repeating issues he had with his ex..ummm...you cant live the same lifestyle and expect diffrent results...Doesnt work that way... I suggest, if yall want this to work out, talking about these issues SOBER. Alcohol is not the only way to say how you truly feel.If you TRUST the other person , and want a serious relationship , you have to open up. Good Luck...I also want to say ...It Is Ok For Men To Cry.

Depends on how much I liked him soberly. If I was kinda on the fence before, this would indicate to me, that you should ease off slowly back into your own yard. Not that he doesn't deserve to vent emotionally, but in such force in front of someone not yet connected to him, it really seems that he needs some alone time to find himself and where he is and what he wants rather than taking the first thing that comes along.

Guys are allowed to express emotions too. Why do people think when a woman crys that it's fine but when a guy crys there might be something wrong with him? Not to mention booze will do that to a person.

He was drunk let it go. Some people get happy when drunk some people get mad he gets emotional. If you don't want to see it don't go to bars and get drunk with him.

I good predictor of the future is past behavior. It sounds like he is conscious of how he acted in the past. If it continues it might be something you would consider ending the relationship over it he gets real bad. Give him another chance.

the issues might eventually go away but guys like that are just weird. it's up to you, if you can handle it then stay but if you're having doubts then leave while you're still ahead and haven't invested too much time into this.

well, sounds kinda like every guy. they don't want girls to know about their feelings, but they can't keep them inside forever. when they r drunk, their inhibitions go away, so they actually can release those feelings. if u like him and wanna stick with him, i say try to help him dealing with those feelings that he has. if u don't, i guess u can run
