i tried it but it didnt work. i think i need to activate it or something.

left click on the pick, and then click set as background.

there are many methods
right click on yr desktop then go to properties and then click desktop choose a wallpaper from the list or click brows
then click OK
or open the pic which u want to set as wallpaper then right click on it and click set as desktops background

click on the picture and it should say save picture scroll down and it says set a desktop background

right click on the pic and it should have an option to set as background, hope this helps....

now that you've got your picture on the screen. right click the screen>>highlight arrange icons and uncheck show desktop icons.......to bring them back just recheck it again.
You will also need to right click your taskbar, select toolbars and select "quick launch" its better than icons and more private.
remember to unlock and lock your tool bar
