I know for a fact that my boss is dating what used to be one of our co-workers and it is also why she got promoted. The thing is she is a ***** who constantly snitches on us. We want to send a suttle message to either one of them that we know what's going on with them two.
And no, please don't say to leave and find another job. I like this one just fine, they should leave if they want to carry on an affair and have a series of conflict of interests.

It would be in your best interests to stay out of it. Don't drop to her level and big the bigger person. But if you feel like you have to tell, send an anonymous letter saying we know, you are busted blah blah blah. whatever you want her to know that you know.

Yeah, you better just get used to it, and mind your own business if you want to stay at this job. If this relationship affects their ability to carry out their own responsibilities then it will be found out soon enough. You are best off steering clear of this blackmail opportunity. If you already have difficulties with this woman, then I guarantee that subtle hints about her relationship will only fan the flames.

Every time I see one of them I would ask them how the other person is doing. After a few times I think they would get the hint that something is known.

You guys can pitch in and order some flowers to your boss from her new boyfriend. That way when she comes back from lunch she sees them addressed to her from him!!
Just wait when she calls him and he says he didn't order any flowers!
Another alternative is to leave a romantic card addressed to her from her boyfriend out or have someone say it was dropped off up front addressed to her from him!
Yeah baby!
