It's impossible to know, i can remember a game at first school which went on for weeks about 30 mins per day and it finished in the thousands, so i'm sure somewhere in the world some school boys or girls have played a match what went on for ages and your guess is as good as mine what the score could have been.

A few years ago in an African league professional match, one team deliberately scored one own-goal after another in protest of league officials. Other team just stood there. I think at least 60 own goals.

Actually, it was 47-0. It was a friendly between two african teams. The ref made a bad call so the team walked-off in protest and the other team continued to play around.
