I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY A 1969 Chevrolet Camaro RS WOULD GO FOR $99,000,000.00 ON EBAY?

Depends on the Camaro. Who rebuilt it, Chip Foose or Barry White, or if it is a special edition IE. Yenko, COPO, Pace Car. Other factors could be that it is a 100% all original car with matching numbers, low miles and only one owner.
Camaros are becoming more and more rare and have been increasing in value by leaps and bounds. You can barley find a rust bucket that won't cost you at least $3k and that is without an engine or tranny. If it is a convertible you are looking at $5k+

Check vehicle identification number for specifics about a single car. As far as overall, Camaros were built in both forms in 69. (as well as others) Z-28 or SS were a group of options that included upgraded suspension and engine as well as some trim pieces. To put it another way, the SS did not make the Camaro a different car, just a Camaro with different options.

I couldn't imagine anyone would pay that for it, but if it was in immaculate condition, I could see a few rich people who have more money than they know what to do with buying it because they can. First gen Camaros are getting harder and harder to come by these days.

Sounds like some one made a type o. He was probably asking $9,900.00. A numbered car in show room condition of this year and type wouldn't bring $99,000.00 must less $99,000.000.00. Unless it was made of 24k gold and had a diamond studded steering wheel.
