Speaking as an American if this did happen and is true. The soldiers would be sent to a far worse place than GITMO. GITMO is for international arrest that aren't US Citizens. Fort Leavenworth is where the soldiers would head to after they recieved dishonorable discharges. I'd say judging from your spelling and the limited amount of information you've given regarding this case, that it probably isn't true. If it was you can bet that it would be on all the news stations.

YES they should definitely be punished to full extent, although I don't know about the death penalty. Being under "stress" from the war is no excuse for humiliation, brutality, and taking innocent lives away. These "soldiers" are giving the U.S. military and our country in general a bad name, and just fueling the fire of hate that countries around the world already have for us. This is why the war has to be stopped, it's taking away innocent lives, and for what? From what I can see, there's no valid point to this war and look at all the damage it has caused. We should be very ashamed.

Yes And No. Yes, because what he did was disgusting and very embarrassing. No, what he did wasn't an act of terrorism. What he did was in-humane. Raping someone? How much of an egotistical idiot does he have to be to rape someone? He didn't even care how the familly or even the 13 year old girl felt about being raped.

Well, I personally believe that they should definitely be tried and given some sort of punishment for their actions. How horrible. What is even more amazing is that they are given orders to kill and give no mercy to even women and children. Deranged sickos will take advantage of this authority which makes them feel powerful and do horrible things. Some blame should be put on their superiors for this also. This is only one story we have heard of. There are most likely many more.

Yes yes yes! They should be killed as soon as possible .They took innocent lives , now it's their turn to die. You know what they say : An eye for an eye ...It doesn't matter if they are Americans, Indians, Chinese, Iranians ,etc. or who they killed. They should all face the same consequences in such violent cases. They are truly "Terrorist American Soldiers". Sounds fair to me!

Yes I heard that story and those soldiers disgraced this country and the citizens of Iraq.
I think the death sentence is very appropriate.

If this is true, I think it is so horrible. So the answer would be yes. Those are not the type of soldiers that should be out there and they are giving America a bad name.

Assuming that you did not make this story up, yes those soldiers should be put in prison for life or to death just like if they killed someone in the U.S.
