I use to live in Springdale, Arkansas, what type of info are you wanting about the area. The area is growing fast, depending on what area you are moving to, Springdale, Fayetteville, Rogers, and Bentonville are all just lined up you drive from one to the other without really knowing it. University is at Fayetteville, for sure a college town. Where are you moving from that will help to know if it will be a culture shock.

Call the Wal-Mart visitor's center in nearby Bentonville. Or call the Chamber of Commerce in Springdale or Bentonville. Benton County is the fastest growing county in America. They are used to assimilating new people moving to the area.

Look up Springdale in the online yellow pages and call local businesses and ask them for their opinion....
