i believe some forms of anger could be described as a gift.Such as,three times in my life i've been so angry that i saw red,as if looking through a pair of red sunglasses,and i swear i had super human strength during those instances.

It can be. Being able to get angry brings you "release." Experiencing someone else's anger can be a valuable lesson - there is often truth in anger.
