I am not gay , but I personally don't care if someone else is or not . If you don't think its right , then don't be gay , why concern your self with the private lives of others .

It might depend on why you think its wrong. Is it a religious ideal? Or something else. If you don't base you dislike of gays (or homosexuality) on fact, if you just don't like them because they are gay, it is homophobic. But if it is a religious ideal, try this www.godmademegay.com. Also try reading the new science info on gays, like the fact that many have different chromosomes, many gays release pheromones that the opposite gender normally release, or the facts on gay animals. Always remember, being gay is a small thing. Sex isn't the only thing in life, relationships are bigger, but gays are just normal people who like things a little different then you do. Try meeting some gay people and just talking to them. You will find out that many are happy successful people, and most of all normal.

Well, look at where you are.
Would you walk into an African American venue and make a statement that was against them and become upset when they called you a racist?
Same thing here.
As LGBT's we often deal with alot of flack from the "hate" crowd, "Homo's are going to hell", "You are all sick", "You are all perverts", and so on ad nauseum. When you want to walk in with the same sentiments as the "haters" in what is a venue for the LGBT, you should expect the same treatment.

Know your audience. Think about not only what you are saying, but to whom you are saying it.

Maybe because straight guys, comfortable with their sexuality wouldn't come to the GLBT section of yahoo and make trouble. They would be in chat trying to score a date.

Sorry, sounds like you are looking for attention from gays. Nothing more. So you are more of a homophile, if not a homosexual.

You are correct. You have the right to your opinion. You will be called a homophobe by people who feel that you are judging them. It is thier way of defending themselves and demonizing you.
I do not agree with you but I understand your feelings. Hopefully you will be patient and compassionate with gay people, as you are with everyone I'm sure.

paparazzichelle,
I agree with you. Politically correct can go too far. I am bi and do not like it, yet it's a part of me. Yet I don't feel as bad if I am with a woman. And that's wrong about me too. I won't justify my actions, but own up to them.

There are many that would tell me I'm wrong about all that too, but I have scripture that tells me that faith I need to have for grace. And grace is something that I cannot deserve. But get for faith. So I have faith, and I'm clean when I get to where I'll end up.

But I suppose I'll get called names and judged about that. I tell you, I get it from all sides! lol

no.
you are trying to defend youself with rationality, when your dislike of someone becase of his orientation has nothing of rational.
its like a fascist or communist party defending the right to go to vrun for election to destroy democracy.
if you label by your own thoughts someone because of his sexuality, everyone has the right to label you as homophobic.

well, what are we supposed to think? you're "not homophobic", but you think it's "wrong" to be gay? you're entitled to your opinion...but when people say homophobic, they don't just mean "afraid" of homosexuals. not liking, thinking we are wrong, whatever. that's the vibe you put out, so, if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck.....

Well, sweetie, you're entitled to your opinion just like the rest of us. But from the vibe I'm sensing from your question, I think you're not very open minded. Baby, this is a big world we live in and it takes all kinds for it to make it go 'round. Think about that, and hopefully you'll open up and accept people(no matter who they are or who they love)for who they are.

You can think whatever you want...there's a difference between disagreeing with homosexuality and being homophobic...a big difference.
