Unless your doctor has actually diagnosed you with the flu, you should not take anything. Only take advice from the doctor or nurse. You should be able to call your doctors number and get an answering service so that he or she or their nurse calls you back.
What may seem like an insignificant medicine could be very harmful to your baby if not now then down the road.
also, do not take a zpak or any other antibiotic, the flu is a virus, and antibiotics do not work on viruses. Plus you do not know the side effects of the antibiotic on the baby.
call your doctor.

Do NOT take tylenol cold. They have changed the ingredients and is now unsafe for pregnant women. I had a cold and was told only benadryl.

Why are you asking a group of people with no medical back ground? Go see your doctor because he/she will know what you can and can't take as well as what you are allergic to if anything.

First, verify if it is the flu or a bad cold. When you find out what it is, then contact your pcp and ask them.

The best thing for you to do is to contact your doctor. I would think it would be safer rather than go on what others say! Just an opinion!

I was allowed to take plain old sudafed & tylenol. You can probably get permission for robitusson but I would definitely run it by your OB first.
