I have answered the how to spawn bettas (pronounced bet-tah, not bay-tah) question before, check out my answers to read up on it.

I have three crowntails at present. A red, a blue and an irridescent green one.

Crowntails are pretty much just like normal bettas other than their fins. They tend to be more aggressive as the original crowntails were breed have come from Thai fighting stock. (Most showy bettas in the US have been bred to be less aggressive for decades.)

I know a little about them. they are much different then the other betta's. Crown betta's have more spaces in the fin's and tail.and are more spread out than the others.
