They broke up almost 3 weeks ago.She states she was sick of his party ways and his constant flirting.It was rumored that Jason was possesive and physically violent towards her,which would explain why she moved out of Hillside Villas and got a restraining order against him.Producers of The Hills say the show will continue without Jason Wahler.
