This friend obviously does not exist in that form.
I would take an imaginary pistol and shoot an imaginary bullet into the back of his imaginary head. That should take care of the problem.
The problem, you've noticed, is your very own, and is not imaginary.

Are you serious? A lot of people drink urine for its health benefits (NOT ME! lol... but it has become more acceptable in some circles) but eating feces has no health benefits. It sounds like he has a psychiatric disorder... but there probably isn't much you can do to help him. Ridicule him, embarrass him.... maybe social pressure will get him to consider therapy.

give him your excretements...it's unhealthy to eat/drink your own waste, that's why it's called waste, it contains all the unwanted stuff your body doesn't need...you can actually die from this cause your essentually poisining yourself with unwanted elements...however eating/drinking someone elses s#!t/**** isn't that bad for you an can actually save your life if your in a bind...
