If he calls you on a regular basis...the phone company can put a watch on you line and if the caller holds on long enough they can trace the call.

Well, if he is harassing you call the cops and file a report. Keep a journal of every time he calls you and what he says. Call the phone company and see if you can block blocked calls. I think you can actually, something to do with telemarketing calls.
But DO NOT POST HIS NAME ON HERE. If he finds out and you cannot prove it was him, he can press charges against you for slander or liable (I forget which is for written and which is for spoken).
Just take the necessary legal actions to have this man stopped.

Report this immediately to the local authorities, and to the Internet company. No person should ever go through this type of harassment, male or female.
I would report it to the telephone company immediately, and let them research the line from where the phone call is coming from.

If I knew his identity, I would make an anonymous call to the Lamesa Police Department (from a pay phone) and suggest that a police officer might want to drop by for a chat with this pervert. My concern would be that his behaviour may eventually lead to stalking and/or sexual assault.

this man probably gets off on talking dirty and also there is a shock value in the way he talks to people, so that probably gets him off too. Sure get the police involved, but to really take away his power and if he calls you, you can always pretend you are deaf and when he starts to get sexual, say "I cant hear you..please repeat" He will repeat, and you say again, sorry I stil cant hear you...what did you say" It wont be fun for him anymore and I can guarantee he wont be ringing you again.

if you are getting weird calls from a pervert first call the police and get a report then call the phone company and have your number changed and then if it is your moms boyfriend she should press charges against him and throw the key away have you told your mom and report him to the hotline of child abuse good luck
