There's a lot more than four.
Lake Superior.
Lake Huron.
Lake Erie.
Lake Ontario.
Gulf of Maine.
Atlantic Ocean.
Gulf of Mexico.
Pacific Ocean.
Artic Ocean.
Beaufort Sea.
Bering Sea.
Gulf of Alaska.
Even if you don't count the gulfs and lakes, there are five bodies of water, all seas and oceans.
Sampath K, the United States doesn't touch the Hudson Bay, hun.

I am not a american. Water bodies surrounding US was not restricted to only four. The water bodies are the Pacific, the Atlantic (including Gulf of Mexico, its part of Atlantic, hun), the Hudson Bay (where the river St. Lawrance that links the great lakes confluence with the sea), Barings sea (ok, you can take it as part of Pacific) and Arctic (northern most of Alaska).
