I definitely think that a woman should have the right to abort for that reason. If she has bad feelings during the pregnancy that won't be good for the child. Everyday after this mother has her child she will have remorse for the man who raped her. Then she may not raise the child correctly . This child grows up all messed up and becomes a serial killer or something.... Yeah she could put the child up for adoption right. Then they have horrible foster parents who mess this kids live up. Either way there is a possibility that this child can grow up in a horrible unfair world. They didn't ask to be here.

No. No one should have the "right" to kill another innocent human being. The circumstances of the child's conception are not the child's fault, and he or she should not be punished by death for the crime of his or her father. Would you shoot an infant whose father was a rapist? Would you say that she was somehow less worthy of life than the rest of us? Abortion is no different.

Furthermore, abortion only increases the trauma of a woman who has been raped. She becomes the aggressor, hurting another innocent victim the way she was hurt, and that will haunt her long after she has healed from the rape. Interviews were conducted recently of nearly two hundred women who had conceived babies in rape. NONE of the women who chose to give birth regretted it, while nearly all of the women who aborted their babies expressed regret.

i dont believe abortions should be aloud but in some cases i do,
1) if someone was rapped even if they are known or not
2) if it is at major risk for the life of the mother, to carry the fetus to term,

but these should be the only times people should be aloud to have an abortion, because if you are having sex with or with out a condom you know the risks, so by having sex at least unprotected sex you should be ready to have the responsibility of having a child, and not take the cowards way out and have it aborted, but if you were raped then you could always carry to term have the baby then give up for adoption if you do not feel comfortable about having an abortion or keeping the baby

If a woman/lady is raped then that is basically her who can settle on what to do about the project, and what she feels gentle with, remembering that any decision she makes is going to be which includes her for something else of her existence. yet with that reported, abortion is by no skill a sturdy answer. it isn't the child's fault that it got here into existence through such stressful circumstances...and there is continuously different concepts, inclusive of adoption and so on.

Yes, a woman always has the right to abortion as long as the baby is still in the early stages of development and not too far into the pregnancy.

Personally I'm for a woman's right to choose such a thing, but feel that in my opinion it's a poor choice......... except in a situation like that. As a man I could only imagine such a horrible thing happening to a woman. And being pregnant from it? Wouldn't that be like being raped for the next 9 months? Given the scenario your spelling out, if it was some one I loved..... I'd not only give my blessing, I think I'd encourage it.

If the girl/woman had the child she would see the rapist face in that child. There is adoption....but she should have the right to abortion depending on the circumstances...
(and this is coming from someone who WASN'T SUPPOSE TO HAVE CHILDREN) AND totally did NOT believe in abortion....there would have to be a D A M N good reason for it. but like I said.....ADOPTION IS A GREAT THING...FOR THOSE WHO CAN N-O-T HAVE THEIR OWN.
THIS IS MY OPINION AND EVERYONE HAS ONE....IT WOULD BE UP TO THE WOMAN/GIRL.
P.S. I HATE NO ONE..............
BUT I H-A-T-E A *RAPIST*

Only if she feels it is right. I wouldn't only because I don't believe in it. I believe every life is created for a reason, and to waste it may waste the world of a great person. However because our laws permit it, then yes, she should have the right to do what she wants. She however, can always give it up for adoption. That is always an option.

Abortion is a right regardless of reason. The decision should be made by the woman who is looking at all her options regarding pregnancy.

A woman should be able to have an abortion whenever she chooses. No man should dictate what a woman does to her body, case closed.

Oddly, those that speak so strongly against abortion have no problem sending 2500 US servicemen and women to their deaths in Iraq, have no problem with killing over 130,000 Iraqi civilians....

I love how people rationalize their beliefs...
