Go to Home Depot or a garden center and ask for a product that's made to kill creeping charlie. Ortho makes one. Depending on where you are, you may want to wait until it cools off a bit as creeping charlie can get a little waxy coating during the heat of summer and it won't take in the chemicals too well. Apply a second time after 10 days. Stay away from desirable plants. Apply when there is no wind and no chance for rain.

chickweed (charlie) is redially dispatched with a spray of Ortho's weed-be-gone. Won't harm lawn if used as directed. I like natural products also, so I naturally turn to Ortho.

There's a product called "weed and feed". It furtilizes the grass and kills the weeds. I think it's made by Scott and you can get it at Home Depot.

i take advantage of weed& feed in accordance to annum and usually get rid of them for the most section and hand pull the remainders, yet they maintain coming back from seeds from a woodland behind my backyard. i'm fairly particular it is the most invasive weed contained in the north east. in case you hand pull them, ascertain you get out each root, and in no thanks to drop a unmarried piece because any portion of the plant can regenerate into yet another plant, placed out runners and restart an infestation. ascertain you retain employing weed & feed even if you do not see them because they do resprout from the roots less than your grass.
