Western Society lives a paranoid and fearful life, (especially the US) because we have so much to lose. On the other hand Terrorist have nothing to lose and live each day relishing the thought of our downfall.

that is because western society have value for human life. It is not being paranoid or fearful. It is respect and value for human life. Terrorists want to destroy the ONE thing that God brought us here for.... to live... I am not paranoid, and I am not afraid.. I am just sad that some people live their life by ruining other people's lives. And they do so in the name of God. Very sad..

The people you call 'terrorists' give us not one passing thought in a month. You are worrying yourself into an early grave, torturing yourself over the advantages you think you have, when no one wants them.
Don't you realize that people lead the lives they prefer? The Amish don't want your lifestyle, and they're right here in the US, so it can't be that everyone wants it.
Grow up, and get a life too!
