Listen kiddo, you can't do anything of worth with a flimsy attitude.

You picked a name out of the air and you know nothing about the individual. How could you possibly do this and expect anyone to take you seriously?

Here's my help.

Define your hero first by answering the following questons: What are the traits of someone you would consider to be a hero?
What values does your hero portray by the what deeds?
Does the hero have to influence people; should this be many or just a few?
Does the hero need to help many or just a few?
Does the hero need to be a specific gender?

Now take this help seriously, or not. Your choice.

I agree with integrity, but i also think that she showed tremendous courage. Do yourself a favor and read the book. I can't explain how her words touch you. To see such horrific things from a child's prosepective is astounding. The thing about this project is it is a chance for you to truly get to know a real hero.. not a TV hero...not and actor or an actress who idolized for showing their privates on television. But a reall human being who shows us that the strength is within all of us. The only person you are cheating by googling your answer or coming onto a site like this is yourself... and for that, i truly feel sorry for you

I think you should choose another hero. There are a lot who you should be familiar with and won't need to read a diary about. For me, heroes never let the outside (media, peers, superiors, circumstance, etc.) prevent them from living life the way they want. The whole "stay true to yourself" thing. They're not afraid to express themselves and choose their own paths, no matter how many people frown on them or how hard the situation is. Maybe that goes with being mentally strong.... but another word to describe it is independence.

I know a great Hero for sacrifice. Try Jesus.
It would be awesome to watch the teachers and class react to it.

Take Care!

Oh yes, the old, I've been sick routine. Kid, that is as old as the one about the dog eating your homework. Go to Google. You are obviously not too sick to use the computer.

Yeah, if you're going to be lazy, do the work yourself. Do yourself a favor and read the book. You might learn something.
