May be spyware is installed on ur machine.
scan it with some free softwares available on net. u'll get the details!

You can stop that by going to the place at the upper left of your screen with the >> (to the right of edit), clicking in the ">>", clicking on "tools", then dragging to "pop up blocker", then dragging and clicking on "turn on pop-up blocker" and your problems should be over. Realize once you do this, it may mess with Windows Media and may possibly cause any Add-ons you have installed to shut down certain web-sites that you have just launched. You can try to work around that by "dis-abling" the Add-ons one at a time, but it can still be kinda weird. But do NOT shut down your internet security.

I am assuming you use IE.
Go to Tools, Privacy ,and check Block pop-ups.

use firefox browser it blocks unwanted pop up and scan your computer by a good anti virus program

'cause thats how the internet is like that's why they invented pop up blocker.
