Yes, I worked in a daycare and we found lice on a little black boy and his brother. We also found them on another little black boy.
Lice are not racist.

Ok...Here's the deal. Blacks often don't get lice, but there is a reason for this.
Oil will suffocate the little critters. Blacks often have oily skin, and therefore the lice can't live on them. Many of the hair and skin products that are marketed toward blacks have oils in them FOR THE PURPOSE of killing lice. The origin of greasing the hair was in response to the lice.
If whites used the same products, they wouldn't get lice either.

lol. Some girl told me the chemicals we use in our hair often kills them. They drown in our hair products. But I have washed my hair weekly and have good hygiene. I have been fortunate to not get lice. Plus I was taught young to never use other people's combs and brushes. I guess anybody with hair has a chance of getting lice.

im black, my sister got lice once after we spent the holidays in india. anyone can get lice.

i'm black so i would know and the answer is no but if we rub our heads with a guy with lice we might get it but we vant just get it from nowhere

I don't think so..
Everyone I have known has never gotten lice..
I think it's because we put grease and oil in our hair.
