Well, working out always gets me going.
Coffee works. Also, you can eat a healthy breakfast like cereal w/a banana. w/ some orange juice. But most importantly, get a good nights sleep. That way you'll have the energy to those things I've mentioned.

Try these vitamin packets called "Emergen-C." I take them when I get a cold, or am feeling lousy. Take a biggish bottle of water and drink about 1/4 of it before you eat or drink anything else, then pour 2 packets in the remaining water. Put the cap back on and shake it up! BAM! There are a lot of flavors, none of which are amazing, but the raspberry and cola flavors aren't bad. The trouble is locating them in your grocery store, sometimes they're with all the flu and cold remedies, sometimes they're with all the "hippie" products like organic soap and tofu ice cream.

Jogging is really good in the morning. You can go for only a couple of minutes around the block and it really wakes you up and energizes you. Or try eating an apple, i heard it has as much caffeine as coke. But that's what i hear on tv.

Get enough sleep. A good breakfast helps. Though they give off a quick boost, things like sugary cereal and pop tarts won't help you through the day. I don't like coffee, but it is energizing. I like tea, grain cereals, eggs, toast, bacon, and waffles. Things like that help me start off a good day.
