It all depends on where it is and what type of pain it is. You HAVE to talk to your Dr about this. They will know if it's ok. I had some pain with both of my boys. One of them at 4 months hurt so bad I was scared. It was a pulled muscle from my baby growing. It may be something like that or something else. Please go to the Dr in the morning at least call the Dr and see what they have to say. Congratulations and good luck.

Girl I have smal cramps now and Im scared but not really because yesturday I went to the Doc and she said that its normal but if u start bleeding and wordt pain then go to the emergency room its a sign of miscarriage.

Some pain is normal with the stretching of your uterus. But you don't want to take chances! See your doctor to be sure!
