Does it interfere with the game as it was meant to be played?

the game is still played like it should be... the umps gotta give out the warnings otherwise there is chaos. the ump is the guy with the least amount of emotion on the field... thats why he has to try to control the players emotions before they so more stupid things

A pitcher has a right to throw inside. However, if he is abusing that right, he should be taken out of the game. I am completely ok with the warnings rule, even though it can cause some trouble.

I think the umpires are wrong..I mean a pitcher cant g inside anymore...they are goingto miss inside and hit people..I think it is the biggest reason for the homeruns and scoring

it is so damn stupid how do u know if a pitcher is intentionally throwing at a batter and than even if he did not mean he can't throw inside.

they should do it after the first apparent intentional hit by pitch
