It's very likely that car seat cover can come off. It might not look it at first, but turn the car seat over and see if you can pop out any plastic plugs.
I did this to our Century and washed it in the washing machine on delicate. Very low temp briefly in dryer - worked like a champ.
Add Oxyclean if you can...

definately vinegar solution. I use this on my carpets after my dogs have an *accident* (or on my chouch while my kids are pottytraining--gets down into the cushion) After applying the vinegar an mopping up most of the wetness, you can use a little bit of ammonia (clear ammonia...non sudzing) to neutralize the effects of the vinegar. This takes care of the dog smell all the way to the pad of the carpet.

just take it off the plastic seat stick it in the washer in cold water and hang to dry. If you wash it in hot water it will shrink and you wont be able to get it back on. Make sure u use a fabric softener. Also do NOT put it in the dryer I did that with my sons first car seat and it caught on fire....

All car seat covers are removable and washable. Wash in warm water and dry at a low temp or air dry.

whatever you do DO NOT use vinegar on urine. Use a citrus based product to get rid of smell.
