there is a great site out there with things that are safe to feed your piggie.

--- Chinese Cabbage (pak-choi), one leaf
--- Corn silks and husks when in season
--- Parsley, one or more sprigs

I have two guinea pigs. They both LOVE carrots (including the green tops!) and most lettuces (red & green varieties) except iceburg. There really isn't any nutritional value in iceburg lettuce for them anyway. They also really like baby spinach and radicchio. After this, they apparently agree to disagree and I'm left footing the produce bill! LOL
My older pig likes cilantro, celery, and bananas. He goes CRAZY for dill! He likes a little bit of Italian parsley but refuses to eat regular parsley. Sometimes he will take a bite or two of apple.
My "baby" pig likes regular parsley and a little Italian parsley. He won't eat cilantro or dill, though.
They both refuse to even try red or green peppers and grapes.
You will find that every guinea pig has different likes and dislikes in regard to foods...and a lot more! This website has some very good fruit & veggie charts, suggestions, etc - http://www.guinealynx.com/diet.html

I gave mine some of everything. (fresh fruits & veggies) They ate it all. Just be sure they are getting guinea pig food. Otherwise they will develop a vitamin C deficiency. They also like grass clippings & weeds from the yard as long as they have not been sprayed.

They can eat most fruits that humans can eat. You want to avoid iceberg lettuce, not good for them at all, no nutritional value and can cause gas-not healthy for a guinea pig. Also go easy on alfalfa hay (grass hay is better) because it can cause bladder stones. Go with fruits that are high in vitamin C (they need a boat load) Raw potatoes (don't skin them) are really a great source of C.

Grapes(cut them in half so its eaiser for them to eat) Banana's are ok to give them. Some apple slices, orange(peels are rly good for them as well from what I've heard). Watermelon, strawberries BUT NOT ALOT lol just like a slice of it once in a while. You can also go to cavymadness.com see what they have there as far of what you can give them.
